Case Study

We partnered with TIER Mobility to deliver an Interim VP of Brand & Marketing in Germany, a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and executing brand and marketing strategy across multiple international markets. The brief required a highly experienced leader capable of operating at pace within a fast-scaling, venture-backed environment, while driving brand consistency and performance across both central and local teams.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, we identified and secured an interim leader with the ability to lead integrated marketing strategy, align cross-functional teams, and deliver impact across brand, communications, and performance marketing. The hire played a key role in strengthening TIER’s market positioning and supporting its continued growth across Europe.
