We partnered with Bronco AI to deliver one of the company's earliest and most business-critical hires: a Founding AI Engineer based in San Francisco. The brief was exceptionally demanding, requiring a rare combination of production AI experience, reinforcement learning expertise, agentic AI systems knowledge, and an understanding of complex engineering environments. Despite the role being US-based and highly specialised, we successfully identified and secured an outstanding candidate from Europe who met Bronco's exacting technical and cultural requirements.
