Case Study

We partnered with All3 on a mission critical search within their AI and robotics function, delivering a Director of Applied Artificial Intelligence, specialised on Embodied AI. The brief required deep expertise across emerging areas such as Vision-Language Models (VLM) and Vision-Language Action (VLA), making it a particularly niche and technically complex search.


Through a targeted and research-led approach, we identified and secured a Director-level hire capable of operating at the intersection of advanced AI and real-world robotic systems.
